ONE
The holiday destination and duration is a mutual decision – it’s a way for everyone to relax over a period of time, so if you don’t know where to go, ask your teens because they may have some ideas. You don’t want it to turn into a ‘what parents say goes, whether you like it or not’ because it has
the potential to ruin the entire mood of the trip. My coaching client friend’s son actually knew a friend who’s parents had a batch they wanted someone to look after over the holidays, so
they saved HEAPS on accommodation…plus they got to go jet skiing every day at lake Taupo (for free!).
TWO
The whole family goes. It’s one of the only rules I feel parents should enforce, especially if your trip includes seeing relatives. They’ll regret not seeing their family as much later on in life if they’re always given the option to stay home during family getaways.
THREE
Everyone’s idea of a holiday is different. I suggest you don’t do something crazy like ban cell phones or iPods. If the technology really is getting to you, you’re going to have to come up with alternative activities to keep them entertained. The lady I was coaching, her daughter was a TXT-a-holic, so the rule she decided to enforce was if her daughter’s idea of relaxing was lying on the beach TXTing, that was fine, as long as there were a number of other options available for them to do.
FOUR
Decide to complete one useful thing during the trip. During most of our getaways from the big city, because my brother and I were at school, my Mum used to set a goal that we will cover a whole
history book, or take a piece of literature we would take turns reading in the car, and then analyze the story and characters. It sounds silly, but in parents’ eyes, they felt we didn’t get enough time to do this at school, so for us it was entertaining to learn a whole book, or history of a country, with our parents two-cents into it. I know one of my friends used to go away and come back with a whole scrapbook of their family’s history – this was their way of organizing loose family photos into one
place, and find out a bit of their family tree history. Maybe you’ll want to plant an idea of shooting a documentary of the holiday, to put up on YouTube and maybe one day get discovered by a famous producer! Anything can happen!
FIVE
Remember this is your holiday just as much as your family’s. Take time-out to do what you need tod aswell. If you’re in a good mood too, everyone wins!

Thomas’ laugh is so cute at the end when he laughed at bobby, when bobby said ‘i don’t know, i don’t know, i don’t know’… lol ily all VFC!
When Drew says “VFC out.” The pict kinda freezes there and i thought that Thomas really looked like Zac Efron. But he’s so much better though ;D

Mcfly are apparently actually touring the UK in November – So you and your friends may be able to get to see them in concert while you're here.
Make sure you do all the touristy things if you haven't done them before – Buckingham palace, big ben, tower of London Etc….BUT
I would strongly suggest you take a visit to a place called Camden Town & visit the shops and market there, it's a great place & I'm sure you and your friends would love it.
Take your time & enjoy yourselves!

dont worry about what others think about u because most likely, theyre too busy worrying about what youre thinking of them.
everyone has something they dont like about themselves. to u, being overweight seems embarrassing, but in reality, no one cares. think about it. when u go walking around looking at people, do u think less of fat people, or ugly people, or whatever? probably not, youre to worried about yourself. its just a stupid cycle. dont worry about it.
Here are a few tips;
WHEN to eat for losing weight…
• Eat (at least) three times a day.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight… you must eat (the right things, of course)
• Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.
• Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try.
OK, one apple after 18:00
• Don't starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet.
• Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast–eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.
WHAT to drink for losing weight…
• Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat". Besides being stupid… you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys.
• Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squeezed!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, and Sprite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions.
• Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.
Exercise for losing weight…
• If you want quicker results – exercise would be good.
• Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don't be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants!
• Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don't regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.
• Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don't shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?
• Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat.
